Feel Good in your Body.

Baily Hopkins has been teaching power vinyasa, deep flow, and gentle flow since 2012.

Baily Hopkins’ journey with yoga began at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, where she grew up attending workshops, dharma talks, and meditating. During a challenging period of anxiety in her adult life, yoga and breathwork became a refuge and a source of grounded empowerment, ultimately leading her to pursue teaching with the intention of helping to create healing and calming spaces for others.

Since 2012, Baily has been teaching power vinyasa and gentle flow, focusing on helping students find safety, ease, and confidence in their bodies. Her classes combine practical anatomy insights with creative, accessible sequences, all delivered with a fun, down-to-earth attitude. Baily's teaching style is light-hearted, welcoming, and accessible to all. She creates a space where students are free to show up as they are, offering a variety of dynamic options and modifications. With a deep understanding of how movement supports mental health and well-being, Baily brings a compassionate approach that helps students reconnect with their bodies and strengthen their bond with their inner voice. Her classes empower students to explore their practice at their own pace.

When not on her mat, Baily also enjoys playing violin, petting cats, acting on stage on screen, and teaching on faculty at American Conservatory Theater and Berkeley Rep.

She currently teaches at Green Yogi in Berkeley and is on sub rosters for studios across the Bay Area.
